Project Scope thus far (open to changes as we proceed):

Front Yard
install gravel and or DG or a combination of both in the front yard.
use a variety of plants to fill in the gaps on the perimeter of the front yard to create a lush and inviting feel
edit out some of the larger plants and reposition them in an alternate area either in the ground or in the existing large blue pots/vessels
a modest amount of tree trimming will clean up the overall look and bring attention to the selling points of the property
Back Yard
install a limited amount of gravel and/or DG or a combination of both at particular areas to clean up the overall look on the ground plain
install turf in place of the grass to further create a uniform look which is durable and of low maintenance while also inviting.
clean up and replant the current blue pots/vessels with additional purchased pots/vessels to create a real scape that brings an element of art and nature together.
similarly to the front yard, a modest amount of tree trimming will clean up the overall look and bring attention to the selling points of the property.
